Welcome Back!
My name is Mrs. LaBelle and I want to welcome everyone back to school! I hope that all of you enjoyed a restful summer and I wanted to let you know a little more about myself.
I have been teaching at South for 16 years (this will be my 17th) and I have taught both 7th and 8th grade math. This year, I will be teaching 8th grade math. My ultimate goal every year is to help each student reach their potential and to make personal growth in math. Not every student is the same and each student has a different growth rate. I am hoping, with your help, to urge each student to reach their goals and feel more comfortable with the subject of math.
I try my best to keep in contact with all of you and to keep you informed of what we are doing in class such as topics, homework, tests, etc. I will be using this site, my classroom newsletter, ClassDojo and Remind to facilitate communication with all of you and I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
